Hello...

I am a queer, trans/non binary nuerodivergent limited license therapist, who specializes in working with LGBTQIA2+ and nuerodivergent teens and adults. So far, I have a year and a half experience providing therapy to these groups of people, and a decade of social work experience providing a variety of services ranging from housing case management for those living with HIV/AIDs, to food assistance through a LGBTQIA2S+ welcoming food pantry, to after school tutoring with Spanish speaking families, and creative arts and LGBTQPIA2+  social support programs aimed towards teens and young adults. Yo estudiaba trabajo social y español en la universidad y recibí un certificado de Espanol y Servicios Sociales y Saludes. Ahora puedo hablar español básica pero es mi meta ser bilingüe completamente en el futuro.

The therapy environment I can provide for you is a place of care, empowerment, accountability, and growth. It’s a space for any kind of person across all different walks of life and identities. My foundation of therapeutic practices have revolved around trauma informed, person centered, strengths based, and social justice minded care, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I am continuing to grow my practices to be as well rounded of a therapist as I can.

My year and a half experience (as of February 2025) working with neurodivergent people, as a neurodivergent therapist, has taught me flexibility to fit our sessions around your needs as an individual. I have over a decade of experience as a LGBTQ+ person working with LGBTQ+ people. I am sensitive to the needs of all people, and always come ready to learn. You don’t need a detailed plan of self improvement your first session. If you’re curious about therapy, feel free to reach out and we can just talk! Whether you’re a lifelong therapy goer needing a change, new to therapy, or somewhere in between, we can take it step by step, at a pace that makes sense for you.
