Hi...

I’m Bre - therapist, professional overthinker, and believer that healing does not have to be boring. If you are looking for a therapist who nods silently for 50 minutes, I might not be your person. But if you want someone who is real, unfiltered, and slightly unorthodox, you might be in the right place. I work best with folks who are tired of pretending they’re “fine” when they’re really burnt out, anxious, or quietly spiraling. Whether you’re navigating trauma, life transitions, people-pleasing, or existential dread, my goal is to help you unpack it all - without making it feel overly clinical or cold.

A note for my neurodivergent humans: As an AuDHD person, I deeply understand how traditional therapy spaces often aren’t made for brains such as ours. My approach is flexible, validating, and radically accepting. Stimming is welcome. Info-dumping is celebrated. Verbal processors will be heard. Masking is NOT required here.

As an Indigenous therapist, my top priority is decolonizing the therapeutic space by integrating culture, intuition, and storytelling. In addition, I use a blend of nervous system work, somatics, parts work (IFS), and yes; a little humor to keep things grounded. Healing is hard. You don’t have to do it alone, and it doesn’t have to be sterile.

A note for pregnant and postpartum individuals: In addition to being a therapist, I am also a Certified Indigenous Doula and carry this knowledge with me in the therapeutic space to support you as you navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I have a special focus in processing birth trauma and managing symptoms of postpartum anxiety, depression, and/or OCD.
